SITE SPECIFIC SIGNAGE PROVISIONS - Part of Lots 2 to 10 inclusive, Plan 1923, Municipal Addresses:

• 9600, 9608, 9610 and 9618 Yonge Street (Grand Palace Inc.) Notwithstanding the provisions of By-law No. 52-09, as amended to the contrary, on those lands shown on Schedule "A" to By-law 78-13, a permit for a maximum of one (1) Inflatable Sign may be issued and shall be permitted for a period not exceeding one year from the date on which this by-law is adopted by Council and shall:

a. be limited to the times between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday of each week; b. be tethered to the ground; c. be non-illuminated; d. have a maximum height of 9.14 metres (30 feet); e. have a maximum Sign Area of 83.61 square metres (900 square feet); f. be a minimum of 15 metres (49.21 feet) from a traffic control device; g. be a minimum of 1.5 metres (4.92 feet) of any Street Line, private driveway or Premises; and, h. be a minimum of 1.5 metres (4.92 feet) or a distance equal to 75% of the height of the Inflatable Sign, whichever is greater, from any Lot Lines."
