A Highway Sign may be internally or externally lit; A Highway Sign may take the form of a Digital Display and shall also conform with Sections 7.6.4 where the sign is a Ground Sign, and Section 7.12.6 where the sign is a Wall Sign. (By-law 25-26, 8 April, 2026)
