No machinery, boats, motorized and non-motorized vehicles, trailers or parts of them that are in a wrecked, discarded, dismantled, inoperative or abandoned condition, or junk or rubbish shall be kept or allowed to remain in a parking or storage garage. [Amended 2022- 06-16 by By-law 577-2022]
