General limitations on sound levels
- (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to specific sources that are governed by section 5, during the times specified in section 5;
- (3) Subsection (1) does not apply to the emission of Sound from a Stationary Source that is in compliance with a provincial Environmental Compliance approval
- (ECA) or is an activity registered on the Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR).
