Exemptions Notwithstanding any other provision of this by-law, it shall be lawful to emit, cause, or permit the emission of Sound in connection with:
- the operation of bells, whistles, alarms, or other noises necessary for the function of accessibility and public safety features incidental to traffic signals or railway crossings; or,
