A card key for use in actuating the municipal parking lot control gate system, provided that a deposit of Five Dollars ($5.00) shall be paid to the Treasurer in respect of the card key, which deposit shall be returnable on the surrender of the card key, and failing surrender thereof shall be forfeited to the Municipality.
