Flânerie et obstruction
- a) Il est interdit à toute personne ayant la charge d’un véhicule de flâner dans une rue, ruelle ou place publique ou d’en obstruer le passage;
- a) Personne ne doit sommeiller lorsqu’il a la charge d’un véhicule dans un chemin public.
