23. The owner of a non-sterilized female animal shall keep the animal indoors at all times during the period the animal is in heat. Runs 24(1)
Where an animal is housed or kept in a run, the owner shall ensure that the run is kept in a sanitary condition protecting the health and safety of the animal and any other living being.
