Montreal noise règlement
Montreal publishes a règlement municipal. Without the accent, the spelling is reglement. The same rule is also written bylaw or by-law, and searched as "by law".

Noise in Montreal is a bylaw matter, and it is not always a single citywide clock. Construction hours, amplified sound, and particular local rules can sit in city or borough texts. The bylaw search is how you find the one that applies to the address. A permit for an event is an exception on paper, not a neighbourhood custom.
Complaints go to 311 with the address and the time. If you operate a terrace or a site, keep the permit and the hours with the shift log. The French page states the same path in French, which is the version to hand to a Quebec client.

Common questions
Do boroughs have their own noise rules?
Some local rules sit at the borough and some at the city. Search the bylaw index and note which body adopted the text before you rely on a single citywide hour.
