The delivery of the information referred to in subsection
- (a) shall take place within twenty four (24) hours after the information is received.
- (c) The Chief of Police may require a Second-Hand Dealer to use the services of a third party service provider for purposes of the Second- Hand Dealer’s obligations in Section 6.14 (3).
- (d) A Second-Hand Dealer shall pay all fees required by a third party service provider for services provided in connection with that Second- Hand Dealer’s obligations under 6.14 (3). Bylaw 6067 – January 1, 2019
