40 Roller skates, sleighs, skates and skis A person must not use roller skates, sleighs, skates, skis or other similar means of conveyance:
- An owner or other person having the control of a vehicle must not permit the vehicle to encroach or overhang on a roadway while parked on private property. [B/L 3569-2024] Stopping
