Where the erection of signage for which a permit is required by this Bylaw is commenced prior to the issuance of a Sign Permit, the applicant shall pay the municipality double the as required by the City of Nanaimo “BUILDING BYLAW 2003 NO. 5693” and all amendments thereto. (Bylaw 3758, 4767, 7149)
