Nanaimo By-law 7453, s. 4.3 — The number of Parking Spaces required under Sections 4.1 or 4.2 may be reduced in accordance with this Section 4.3

For a Mixed-Use Development, Parking Spaces may be shared between the uses, and, if so, the cumulative total of Parking Spaces required for all the uses on the lot may be reduced from that required in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 to the amount calculated using Table 3 and subject to the following requirements:
