Subsection (1) does not apply to the driver, operator, or any other person in charge of an emergency vehicle. Procession in street requires permit 99 (1) A person must not be a member of or take part in a procession through, in, on, over or above a street unless a permit for the procession has been issued under an order of the Director of Engineering.
