This By-law shall not apply to:

- agents, contractors, servants, or (2) les agents, les entrepreneurs, les employees of the City of serviteurs et les employés de la Fredericton while engaged in Ville de Fredericton, dans the execution of their duties; l’exercice de leurs devoirs;
