Notwithstanding section 59, any person who contravenes sections 43(1)(k), 48(3) and 48(5) is guilty of an offence and upon conviction is liable to a fine of not less than $300.00 as set out in Section 427 of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001 c.25
