The declaration of an emergency and the parking restrictions or prohibitions shall be effected by a systematic broadcast on local radio and television stations in the City of London and such broadcast shall be deemed to be sufficient notification of the restrictions or prohibition then in effect. Restricted Parking on Specified Streets (Schedule 6)
