Exemptions for Veterans Licence Plate:
A vehicle with a Veterans Licence Plate while Parked in a Parking Space in a Parking Lot or Parkade, shall not be required to comply with Sections 4.47, 9.4, 9.6 of 10.2 of this by-law.
