FEES and Time Limits – PARKING LOTS:
Where a CONTROL DEVICE has been erected, or a PARKING ATTENDANT posted,
no person shall PARK any VEHICLE in a PARKING SPACE in any PARKING LOT during the days and the hours set out in Column 3 of Schedule IV, up to the maximum length of time set out under Column 5 of Schedule IV unless a FEE is paid in accordance with the rate set out in Column 4 of Schedule IV or by inserting a valid PARKING CONTROL CARD.
