An Approved Container for Organics shall be:
a green rigid reusable container known as a "green bin" available from the Town; or
- (b) a bag, tied and secured from pests placed on or next to a "green bin" if the "green bin" is full. Schedule "B" Approved Containers for Multi-Residential Properties
