In addition to the maximum Dog and Cat limitations as set out in subsections 4.1.1 and 6.1.1 of this By-law,
1. no Person shall Keep, possess, or harbour or allow to be Kept, possessed or harboured on, at, or in any one Dwelling Unit more than a combination of seven (7) permitted Animals.
