Every Licence issued under this By-law shall expire on November 30th of the year following issuance, unless revoked or otherwise terminated under this By-law, prior to that date. When a renewal deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the act or proceeding may be done or taken on the day next following that is a business day.
