Every Licence issued under this By-law shall expire on November 30th of the year following issuance, unless revoked or otherwise terminated under this By-law, prior to that date. When a renewal deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the act or proceeding may be done or taken on the day next following that is a business day.

3.15 Receipt of the application, request for renewal, or submission of the licence fee shall not constitute approval of the application for, or renewal of a Licence, nor shall it obligate the City to issue or renew any such Licence
