No pawnbroker shall acquire any merchandise from any person unless that person:
- (a) is eighteen (18) years of age or over,
- (b) does not appear to be under the influence of liquor,
- (c) properly identifies themselves as required in subsection (4). Bylaw 6067 – January 1, 2019
