- (a) Prior to receiving the information required by Section 6.18(4), a Pawnbroker shall obtain from the person from whom the goods were acquired, written consent in a form satisfactory to the Chief of Police, allowing the use of the information in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Bylaw.
- (b) If written consent is not obtained, the Pawnbroker must not proceed with the acquisition of the goods. Bylaw 6067 – January 1, 2019 BYLAW 5658
