The Owner of any impounded Animal that is being released with conditions may reclaim the Animal from the Animal Services Centre by paying to the Bylaw Enforcement Officer the costs of impoundment as set out in Schedule B of this Bylaw, and by obtaining the Licence for such Animal should a Licence be required under this Bylaw.
