In authorizing an extension referred to in subsection (1), the building official must
- (a) receive payment of the fee prescribed in the Fees and Charges Bylaw, and
- (b) consider that additional time is required to properly complete the requirements referred to in subsection (1), having regard to the particular nature and scope of the work to be carried out. Division 5 – Fees Fees for inspection or service to a property
