The costs referred to in subsection (2) will consist of all costs and expenses incurred by the City to achieve compliance with this bylaw including, without limitation,
- (a) administrative costs,
- (b) costs to attend the property by City employees or its contractors as prescribed in the Fees and Charges Bylaw, and
- (c) the costs of removal, clean up and disposal. Repeat nuisance calls
