19. Every person who violates any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and in default of payment to imprisonment not exceeding six

- 18 The Inspector or a Peace Office shall measure noise and sound levels with a Sound Level Meter. Noise and sound levels shall be measured on the A-weighting network and the slow meter response.
