Where the owner of a dog in respect of which a licence has been issued under this Bylaw ceases to be the owner, may be transferred to the new owner of the dog upon payment of the transfer fee as specified in the Burnaby Consolidated Fees and Charges Bylaw, but shall otherwise be cancelled. (Bylaw No. 13295, 14486)
