except when permitted pursuant to the Zoning Bylaw, the storage or accumulation on a parcel of real property of all or part of a motor vehicle, as defined in the Motor Vehicle Act which is not either:

• (i) validly registered and licensed in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Act; or, Consolidated to: May 2, 2023 “Community Standards Bylaw 2021, No. 5041” - Page 4
• (ii) capable of movement under its own power, unless stored in a closed building or structure such that the motor vehicle, or any portion of a motor vehicle, is not visible from another parcel or a highway;
