MANAGEMENT OF INVASIVE SPECIES AND PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE An Owner or occupier of a parcel of real property shall not cause, allow or permit on the parcel:
- the removal or deposit of Soil contaminated with Alien Invasive Species.
