- 610 Utility Companies The Engineer may issue a permit to a utility company, over the calendar year for which the permit is applicable, to carry out such work as may be necessary in the case of an emergency to repair any break or damage to the utilities under their control subject to other terms of any franchise or other agreement entered into between such utility and the Municipality
- 611 Oversize and Overweight Permits The Engineer may issue a permit to do those things otherwise prohibited by Sections 408 to 413 inclusive of this Bylaw subject to payment of the permit #5359 07/05/18 fee as prescribed in the Fees and Charges Bylaw and subject to such other conditions contained in this Section
