Vehicle Sound Levels Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.5 hereof, a Person may make, cause or permit to be made, a Sound by a Vehicle while on the Highway not in excess of the Sound Levels in the following table:

• Vehicle Weight Maximum Sound Level on Maximum Sound Level on Highways with Speed Limits Highways with Speed Limits of 50 Km/h or Less in excess of 50 Km/h Vehicles of Licensed Net 75 Decibels 85 Decibels Weight of 2200 Kg. or more Other Vehicles 70 Decibels 75 Decibels
