Community Notification

Where an exemption to the Bylaw is granted the applicant will notify businesses or residents within 70 metres of the parcel property lines. The notification will be in writing and forwarded by the applicant at least 24 hours and no more than 7 days prior to the exempted noise.

The notification shall include:

6.3 Breach Breach by the applicant of any of the terms or conditions of the exemption shall render the exemption null and void. The permit shall be revoked by the Noise Control Officer
