Richmond : Règlement no 5870, art. 33.2 — Traffic Bylaw

A person may, notwithstanding the previous subsection, transport dangerous goods to or from a location not on such dangerous goods truck routes provided he uses the most direct reasonable access to or from such designated dangerous goods truck routes.
