- 12.3 Notwithstanding section 12.2, no person shall suffer or permit any dog owned, harboured or in one’s charge to be off leash in the following areas:
- 12.4 All persons attending a location listed in Sections 12.1, with any domestic animal other than a dog must have said domestic animal under control and on a leash or otherwise restrained and ensure that the domestic animal does not impact the safety of others.
