subsection
- (a) of Section 35.2.4 shall not apply to
- i) the sale or giving away of a rabbit to a person who is engaged in the keeping of rabbits for food production, or Animals Bylaw, 2004, No. 8556
- ii) the sale or giving away of a rabbit to a person who is engaged in the breeding of rabbits and is the holder of a rabbit breeding permit issued under this bylaw.
