If a word is not defined, its ordinary meaning shall apply unless, in the context of the Part of this By-law in which the word is found, another Act for the Province of British Columbia is referred to; in such case the word will have the meaning, if any, as defined by the referred Act. For the purpose of this section, Act includes any regulation made under an Act. - 6 - Part II Authorities Application
