Surrey : Règlement no 13007, art. 6(1) — Highway and Traffic Bylaw

The Chief By-law Enforcement Officer may arrange and administer a system to collect voluntary indicated and Court ordered penalties and fines respectively, including the ultimate taking of criminal proceedings, to provide notice to persons and companies who are alleged to have committed a breach of a provision of this By-law. The system may also include the collection of voluntary penalties for alleged violations at a rate for each penalty to be collected in accordance with Schedule A to this By-law. - 8 -
