In respect of oversize vehicles, an annual permit may be issued, for special cases at the discretion of the Engineer, for vehicles or combinations of vehicles or loads which exceed the Commercial Transport Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 58, as amended, standards for width, height and length.
