Provide satisfactory plans of work to be undertaken and when such plans are supplied and approved by the Engineer and the necessary permit issued, the said work shall - 34 - conform in every respect to the approved plans, to the current City specifications as approved by the Engineer, and to the minimum general requirements of the Surrey Subdivision and Development By-law, 1986, No. 8830, as amended, for the zone in which such highway is situated.
