Any licence permitted under this section must be:
- (a) for a one year term,
- (b) consistent with any policy developed by the Director of Engineering in consultation with the City’s Accessibility Advisory Committee, or a successor organization serving similar purposes, and
- (b) in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
