Upon receipt of the following from a Car Share Organization
- (a) an application under subsection (2) and
- (b) a payment of $2,000 for each of its Free Floating Vehicle used within the City, the Director of Engineering may issue an annual exemption from payment at metered or parking pay station zones to that Car Share Organization.
