Victoria : Règlement no 21-035, art. 20(3) — Tree Protection Bylaw

The owner of a lot on which a Stop Work notice has been posted, and every other person having knowledge of the Stop Work notice shall immediately cease all tree pruning, cutting and damaging activity and all work within the protected root zone of the affected tree, and shall not resume until all applicable provisions of this Bylaw have been complied with and the Stop Work notice has been rescinded by a bylaw officer or the Manager of Urban Forest Services.
