Victoria : Règlement no 21-035, art. 20(5) — Tree Protection Bylaw

The City may transfer any remaining security amount to the Tree Reserve if all of the requirements for release of security have not been satisfied within the lesser of:

• (a) two years from the date that all construction on the site is completed,
• (b) two years from the date that a final occupancy permit for the lot has been issued, and
• (c) five years from the date of issuance of the tree permit.
