Winnipeg : Règlement no 1573/77, art. 17(3) — Traffic By-law

No person may operate a vehicle on a street in contravention of a restriction made by the Director pursuant to subsection (1) Director shall place and maintain or cause to be placed and maintained traffic control devices to limit the weights of vehicles operated upon streets that do not have concrete pavements.
