No person shall operate a truck or truck tractor with more than six tires along Jubilee Avenue, unless that truck or truck tractor is:
- conducting business on Jubilee Avenue;
- (b) conducting business on streets in the vicinity of Jubilee Avenue, and Jubilee Avenue is the shortest routing to or from a Truck Route; or
- (c) travelling to or from the Fort Rouge Yards Development.
