Clause 8(1)(c) shall not apply to an animal that is a licensed service animal. (2A) Clause 8(1)(a) shall not apply to an animal that is a bee and is owned by a person authorized as a beekeeper under the Bee Industry Act, 2005, c. 3, s. 1.
