Every Sign Erected after the day this by-law comes into force shall comply with this by- law and with the relevant provisions of any other applicable by-law of the Town, failing which the Sign shall be removed by the owner thereof, the person who Erected the Sign or caused the Sign to be Erected or by the owner of the property, building or business on which it situated.
